Shipping & Production

Every Zap Crystal begins with your artwork review—not the laser. We send a digital proof before production, and no engraving begins until we have your documented approval.

Production timing

After your proof is approved, standard production takes 3–5 business days. Artwork review, proof revisions, and carrier transit are separate from this production window.

Shipping charges & delivery

Shipping is charged at checkout. Your available delivery options and the applicable shipping charge are shown during hosted checkout; Zap Crystal does not publish a flat rate or free-shipping threshold at launch.

Carrier transit timing begins after your crystal is finished and handed to the carrier. We will share order-specific shipping updates when available.

One destination per order

Each order ships to one delivery address. You can add multiple separately personalized crystals to your cart, but gifts going to different recipients or addresses require separate orders. See our Gift Orders policy for gift-note details.
