Final sale, with clear protections

Each Zap Crystal is created from your individual photo and proof-approved design. For that reason, personalized products are final sale after proof approval.

Before production

Your digital proof is the time to request changes. Up to 2 reasonable revisions are included. If the artwork or source image is not suitable for engraving, we will request a replacement photo before production rather than begin with an unsuitable file.

When we will make it right

Please contact us if your item arrives:

• damaged in transit;
• incorrect; or
• materially different from the proof you approved.

For a damage claim, notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and its packaging. This helps us review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

What is not eligible

We cannot accept returns or offer remakes for changes of mind, a photo you approved in the final proof, or personalization that matches that proof. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
