A proof you can stand behind

Every personalized crystal receives a digital proof before it enters production. Your uploaded photo and optional inscription stay attached to that individual crystal, even when you add multiple personalized items to your cart.

Our proof-first process

1. You upload your photo and optional inscription for each crystal.
2. Our team reviews the artwork and prepares a private digital proof.
3. You approve it or request changes through the proof review process.
4. We begin engraving only after your approval is documented.

Included revisions

Up to 2 reasonable proof revisions are included. If the photo cannot produce a result we are comfortable engraving, we will ask for a replacement image before production. We will not start engraving while artwork is unresolved.

Approval matters

Your documented approval confirms the design, composition, inscription, and overall look shown in the final proof. Once approved, that proof becomes the production reference. Standard production then takes 3–5 business days.
